Columbia Maryland Java User Group (CMJUG) Meeting – Thursday, October 13th, 2011, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
 Scott Stanchfield will be presenting at the next JUG meeting.  Scott works at APL and teaches Design Ptterns at JHU.  He also hosts the www.javadude.com Web Site.  The presentation will be located at the Applied Physics Lab Parsons Auditorium, 11100 Johns Hopkins Road, Laurel, MD 20723-6099.  Pangia Technologies, LLC, a CACI Company will provide food and door prizes.  To register, click here.
   
Pangia Hosting Cyber Training - May & August, 2011
Pangia will be hosting two Cyber classes presented by the Armed Forces Communication & Electonics Association (AFCEA).  Advanced Reverse Engineering (cost $2,499) in May, and Computer Forensics (CCFE) (cost $2,499) in August.  For more information and registration, please contact Infosec Institute.
Pangia and Reservior's Project CommUNITY Bowling Event - March 5th, 2011
In the continuation of our charitable service with Reservior High School, we are sponsoring a bowling event on Saturday, March 5th.  The event helps Reservior's Project CommUNITY group that strives to bring kids together to work through diverse socio-economic differences.
SpringSource Core Spring Training at Pangia - Feb 22-25, 2010
Pangia, as part of its JAVA/J2EE initiative, will be hosting a SpringSource Core Spring training class at its headquarters in Fulton, MD on Feb 22-25th.  Core Spring is our 4-day flagship Spring training course.  In this course, students build a Spring-powered JEE application that demonstrates the Spring Framework and other Spring technologies in an intensely productive, hands-on setting.  This course is an ideal preparation for the SpringSource Certified Professional Examination exam.

Columbia Maryland Java User Group (CMJUG) – Ongoing
Mark your calendars for the next Columbia Maryland Java User Group (CMJUG) meeting, September 15th, 2010.  We will be putting together a presentation on Google Web Toolkit.  Food and door prizes will be provided.  The meeting will take place from 6 - 9pm at Pangia headquarters.

CloudShield - September 21st, 2010
Pangia senior engineer, David Snyder, will conduct a one day course on a Cyber Defense based deep packet monitoring system.  The system is hardware based, handles large data pipes and provides a programming interface to develop custom CND applications.  The course will include an architectural overview, built-in system functions, and application development environment and languages.
Pangia Pacers - June 5th, 2010
The Pangia Pacers will be walking in the Baltimore Vision Walk on June 5th, supporting the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

Pangia - Habitat for Humanity Charity - August 2010
Pangia Technologies is planning to do some charity work for Habitat for Humanity this summer.  As a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake works in partnership with families in need of housing to build simple, decent and affordable homes.  More details to follow.
